ทำไมผมโหลดไฟล์ใหญ่กว่า 2 M ไม่ได้ทั้งที่หลังเวลาราชการ
ตามปกติมันจะโหลดได้นี่ครับ ถ้าเป็นหลัง 5 โมงเย็นในวันธรรมดา และตลอดเวลาในวันหยุดราชการ แต่ 2 วันมานี้ผมโหลดไม่ได้เลย มันขึ้นแต่แบบนี้

ทั้งที่ผมจะโหลดไฟล์ตอน 3 ทุ่มนะครับ
แต่ผมก็รู้สึกว่าเวลาตอนบรรทัดท้ายๆมันแปลกๆ ตอนนี้ 21.15 น. แต่มันขึ้นเป็น 14.07:41 ดังข้างบนน่ะ
มีใครพอจะทราบวิธีแก้ไขมั้ยฮะ
