Help! Me


   A 60-years old man presented with change in bowel habbit , no weight loss , no rectal bleeding, no family history of colorectal cancer

sigmiodoscopy revealed pedinculated polyp 5 cm with pedicle 3cm

Which one is the best choice ??
1) polypectomy with frozn section
if positive to cancer --> colon resection
2) same as (1) , if frozen section -negative
but permanent section positive for cancer --> colon resection
3) primary colon resection with or without polypectomy


help me?????
