   บางคนที่ออกไม่ใช่ทนไม่ไหว ที่มอ.นั้นงานไม่ได้หนักกว่าที่อื่นหรอก สาขาวิชานี้โดยธรรมชาติก็เป็นเช่นที่เห็นอยู่ แต่โดยองค์รวมการเป็นแพทย์ในปัจจุบันนี่สิ ที่ทำให้อยู่ได้ยากลำบากมากขึ้นกว่าในอดีต แต่ถ้ามีสติ รู้ผิดชอบชั่วดี ไม่หวังรวยจนเกินไป วิชาชีพนี้ยังคงน่าสนใจ และท้าทายเสมอ

   Really? I am not so sure about that so I consulted all my dictionaries (Collins, Longman, Oxford, and American Heritage) this word (n.) for a person has not been mentioned to be related with male. For a noun, it can be "situation" but if it is a person, it is generally female (to be more specific, female canine or some prefer "dog").

Beware using idiom that are not included in official dictionary and there could be a chance that only some in your ring understand it is a polite way to express.

   I missed the point and expressed wrong. I didnt mean "polite" but I did mean this word meant "female" even to scumbag as far as I know. I am not a very polite guy myself but draw a line around sexism. If you insist bitches mean dude as well, so no further discuss.
