ความเร็วสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 3Mbps/512bps มีอายุการใช้งาน 6 เดือน ใช้ได้ครั้งละ 2 ชั่วโมง/วัน (ตัดต่อใหม่) ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง กรอกข้อมูลในการลงทะเบียน ตามจริงจากนั้นจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการใช้งาน User & Passowrd ในหัวข้ออีเมล์ว่า Your TOT Wi-Fi Username & Password ช่วงนี้จะมีจุดบริการที่ 1) ที่ว่าการอำเภอ /ตำบล2)โรงเรียน 3)โรงพยาบาล และอนามัย 4)สถานีตำรวจ 5)พื้นที่สาธารณะ สนามบิน ขนส่ง แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ปลายปีนี้อาจจะได้เห็นว่าใช้งานได้ทั่วประเทศ
