    Internal medicine is the basic for all subjects in medicine.That can make all of you scare when you look at it.
Think that it is very useful to know as much as you can in medicine because I can tell that your life would be a lot easier to manage your patients in all department you are working in( in the very near future).All patient in every ward has some of medical problems.
I know it is hard for you but what you are doing is a very big deal which is not only for yourself ,but for all especially the one you love to save their life.
