On behalf of your ex-colleague through nurse educator of Male Surgical Ward 1- the place where I developed my professional growth, love and bonding with all of them. I do know and understand how distresses they have from keep working under non pleasurable workplace and rigid space. I, for example, can feel and touch on poor ventilation as well as tension atmosphere once I walk in to the ward. Here my great concern provides for patients and their family members since they have no choice. This seems worthless and irritation for somebody who never work in this place. They however, have been living and working with patience and hope to get the better place since the last two years. I have no idea how somebody can destroy their hope and harmony. I highly care and consideration how their soul are weak and disheartened. From this, a little encouragement of kind words and the good willpower, including an act of caring and kindness from stakeholders are highly needed to maintain their harmony to provide good quality of care to patients as they have been doing so far. For all lovely staff nurses and staff auxiliaries, the hopelessness is hope just dont look back and think about failures, Whose soul was never troubled has not known the sweetness and the peace of real content and I trust that: Were not alone.
