คุณหมอ Thanapon ตอบถูกแล้วค่ะ เก่งมากค่ะ ขอเพิ่มเติมและแก้ไขเล็กน้อยนะคะ
1. Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst in modify acid fast stain.
2. Infestation is caused by eating it’s oocysts that are contaminated in water or food.
3. In immunocompetent host. It is self-limited disease Nitazoxanide is effective in immunocompetent host.
For AIDS patient, there is no available effective drug. Just give symptomative and supportive treatment and restore immunity by HAART (Highly Active AntiRetroviral Therapy).
