Trigeminy in teenage

Case Thai male 21 Y
accidental finding bradycardia HR 51/min
No chest pain No syncope No palpitation
EKG : PVC trigeminy
FH : no history of heart disease
PE : normal heart sound no murmur
no sign of heart failure
TFT : normal Electrolyte : normal
ต้อง investigation เพิ่มเติม เช่น EST echo ต่อหรือเปล่าค่ะ
cause ของโรคในผู้ป่วยรายนี้จะเป็นอะไรได้บ้างค่ะ

ดิฉันได้ส่งคำถามของคุณหมอไปให้อาจารย์นพ.ธาดา ยิบอินซอย และได้คำตอบมาแล้วค่ะ

It would be nice to see the full 12 leads. There may be abnormality in the conventional leads although I tend to agree that trigemini has no prognostic value particularly in a young normal. Aj. Treechada may have other suggestions.
