ขอบคุณคุณหมอ Thanapol สำหรับ case และคำถามค่ะ ดิฉันไม่มีประสบการณ์ผู้ป่วยเด็ก คงตอบไม่ได้ดีเท่าอาจารย์ภาคกุมารนะคะ ปัญหาของผู้ป่วยคือ 1. ไข้ 2 เดือน 2. progressive dyspnea with heart murmur (MR+TR) ก็ต้องนึกถึง 1. Subacute infective endocarditis หรือ 2.
