The study revealed that : new graduates/unemployment, 54.4 percent, are not sure yet about what type of business they are going to invest. Besides, it revealed that the participants gained an entrepreneurial ability at a good level, it
means they already have skill in : persistency, tolerance, responsibility, leadership, creativity, decisive, accountability, and self-confidence at a moderate level.
Suggestions from the study are :
1) Expanding the sample size to other provinces.
2) Study on other factors effecting new business creation.
3) Study the impact on having parents, who are business owners with the success of the busi-nesses.
4) Follow-up those participants to do the comparative study on the business success with the readiness and ability gained as mentioned in the findings numbered 5.
5) Business success does not only come from individual readiness and ability, but also the
adaptability to the changes of business environment. So entrepreneurs should have good vision and know all the updated informations too.
6) The economic crisis initiated us to do this study so there should have another study on the readiness and ability under normal economic situation as well.
