Compounding of latex for getting highest tensile strength

The best typical formulation from 24 formulars used in the experiment for getting highest tensile strength is using sulfur 2 phr. with ZDEC. All the formulations can be classified into 2 types. First, it varies sulfur content in 2, 3, 4 and 5 phr. with each accelerator, i.e. ZMBT, ZDC, ZDEC. Second, it varies zinc oxide content in the same amount of sulfur with same accelerators. Also, two types of the formulation have no antioxidant. Every formulation was matured until the chloroform number was changed into 1, 2, 3 and 4. Furthermore, at every chloroform number of all formulations were cured at 110oC for 20, 25, 30 and 35 minutes.
