Graft copolymer of natural rubber and methyl methacrylate was prepared using semi-batch emulsion polymerization technique with a redox initiator. The graft copolymer was later used to pre-pare latex foam rubber by blending with an high ammonia concentrate latex. The results showed that hardness, resilience, density and compression set of the latex foam increased with increasing the quantity of graft copolymers used and level of grafted PMMA in the natural rubber molecules.
