The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of cultivation Boletus groiseipurpu-reus (Boletus mushroom) in Melaleuca leucadendra and Casuarina equisetifolia forests for commer-cial purpose. Result showed climate, soil, environmental requirements before and during fruiting
body stage where B. groiseipurpureus was grown and methods that use to cultivate it were described. Yield that received from 4 experimental plots were 8, 4, 4 and 20 kilogram/rai/crop. Soil structure and organic matter in soil effected the yield. Cost of production was 300 baht/rai/crop. It took time 7 days/crop.
