Aqueous extracts of Andrographis paniculata (Burm) Wall. ex. Nees was tested against 10 species of phytophathogenic fungi by agar plating method. Three concentrations of the extracts, 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000 ppm. were used. The results showed that aqueous extracts of A paniculata was highly effective against Phytophthora palmivora, P. botryosa, Botryodiplodia sp, Cur vularia sp., Colletotrichum capsici and Corynespora cassiicola for every concentration. Corticium salmonicolor, Rigidoporus lignosus, Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Sclerotim rolfsii were inhi- bited at the concentration of 100,000 ppm. The isolate of S. rolfsii and C. salmonicolor were low inhibited at the concentration of 25,000 ppm. An aqueous extracts was highly inhibited the spo-rangium production of P. palmivora.
